1. You may only upload what you have created and have exclusive rights to distribute. Should legal concerns of any type arise due to assets upload3d via your account you as the user are solely responsible.

2. Don’t upload illegal, spam, adult, anti racial, anti gay, anti cultural or ethnic material. Doing so will lead to the deletion of your account and possible legal action.

3. All IP addresses are logged for security of our users and all efforts will be made to prosecute any attempt to exploit or hack our site and/or code.

4. If you are a user who receives a share in the revenue of Pangea3D.com don’t try to increase your hits\views artificially. If you are suspected of this type of activity your account may be suspended and payments of revenue through Pangea3D.com denied.

5. Pangea3D reserves the right to delete uploaded content or cancel your account at anytime without prior notice.

6. Pangea3D reserves the right to change these terms of agreement at any time.

7. All Free digital assets including but not limited to 3d models, textures, backgrounds, scripts, code, animations, videos, logos are for NON COMMERCIAL use only and may not be distributed in any way shape are form. This includes posting the assets on websites for download.

By clicking “I agree” or participating on Pangea3D.com in anyway you understand that once you upload you agree to give Pangea3D.com the right to distribute your digital assets including but not limited to 3d models, 2d textures, backgrounds, animations, videos, scripts, code, logos etc. Pangea3D.com may also distribute those same assets on any other domain commercially or non commercially. Also you agree that you will abide by the previously states rules and regulations and are at least 18 years of age and are capable of performing legal agreements.

Pangea3D and its owners are in no way shape or form liable for any legal concerns or actions which may arise once you click “I agree”. You also take full responsibility for any actions under password and account, whether authorized by you or not. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. You agree that Pangea3D will have no responsibility or liability, directly or indirectly, for: (A) the availability of the external websites or resources of such third party affiliates or partners; (B) the acts or omissions of, or any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with your use of or reliance on, such third party affiliates or partners, regarding Your Account; or (C) failure to deliver notices or payments that result from inaccurate account information.
